Dr. Fernanda Levine
My passion for dentistry started in high school, when I shadowed a dentist in the army to help me decide my career path. I’ll never forget how his patients were so happy after the treatment. “You changed my life doctor,” one said. I learned how dentistry can help people in so many ways and since then my goal has been to make my patients satisfied with their smile and improve their lives. I like to treat my patients as if they were family. I focus on educating the patient, making them comfortable, while using the most up-to-date techniques and materials. I provide a full range of general dentistry services, along with Invisalign orthodontic treatment and dental implants.
Education and Continuing Education
I am originally from Brazil, where I graduated from Pontificia Catholic University in Belo Horizonte in 2007. Shortly after, I moved to the U.S. where I had to become a specialist in grit and determination. I learned English, then passed all of the dental boards, and finally landed at a Yale University residency program at Saint Mary's Hospital in Connecticut in 2013. I have since established my career in Northern Virginia. Last year, I completed a year-long AAID Maxicourse, where I learned implant dentistry. I am a life-long learner who currently holds over 500 hours of continuing education.
